Integrated with GPS capabilities, users can seamlessly navigate the boundaries of the deed plot area. Users have the freedom to specify starting points, units of measure, label attributes, and the app will dynamically draw the property boundary based on the input angles and distances, providing essential details such as angles, distances, closure errors, total area, and perimeter.

The Stakeout features within the Deed Calls & Stakeout app extend its functionality by facilitating the stakeout process for the created deed plot. The Point Stakeout feature aids in marking individual nodes on the deed plot accurately. With the Line Stakeout function, users are guided in moving parallel to the deed plot outline. Customizable navigation beeps allow for personalized user experience.

Moreover, beyond its core features, Deed Calls & Stakeout offers Measure Distance and Measure Area functions along with options to export deed shapes to DXF files and deed plots with deed calls to PDF files. Users can conveniently view any stored PDF file within the app’s Documents folder.

Furthermore, users have the ability to share deed calls job files (*.dcf), DXF files, and PDF files via email with themselves or colleagues. Notably, users are advised that location data accuracy is subject to the GPS receiver utilized and that prolonged background usage of GPS may impact device battery life significantly.
